Obrien, as such committee. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee NcPhee, duly seconded by Tubbe <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant <br /> in favor of the S.A.V.I. Co., same being the City's <br /> of the expense in piping the irriEation ditch underground <br /> on West !Tth along the Rose property. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Naryatt, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to purchase 26 signs from <br /> the American Enameling & Stamping Works, for posting the speed <br /> allowed in passing schools under Ordinance No.622. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Maryatt. duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> carried, the Orange County, Engineering and Construction Co. <br /> were gTanted permission to close Haleaworth St. from Broadway <br /> to Ross in order pave said portion of street under Specifica- <br /> tions 82. <br /> <br /> The motion of Trustee NoPhee that a committee be appointed in <br /> reference to condition for private driveways on Birch St. betw- <br /> een 6th and lOth, was duly seconded and carried, President <br /> Visel appointing Trustees NcPhee and Tubbs and Street Supt. <br /> OBrien as such committee. <br /> <br /> A Resolution amending ~nd adopting amendments to Specificstions <br /> Nc.g2 were read, and the motion of Trustee Tubbs that the same <br /> be adopted, was duly seconded by Maryatt and passed by the <br /> followinE vote to-wit:- Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,~cPhee,Greenleaf <br /> <br /> ~_ryatt and Visel.
