OBrien, Street Supt. one of the <br />delegate, to the State Convention of the League of Cal. <br />Municipalities, held at Santa Rosa Sept. 2~th to 29th, <br />was read, and on motion Trustee McPhee,duly seconded <br />by Greenleaf, the report was accepted with thanks and <br />ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee that the attention be called <br />to business houses and other places displaying flag~ <br />of the condition of the torn and faded flag~, asking that <br /> <br />same be replaced with new ones, <br />Maryatt and carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> <br />was duly seconded by <br /> <br />duly seconded by Maryatt <br /> <br />all office, in the City Hall are to close between 3 and <br />4 p.m. Oct. 16th,191?, in order to hear U.S.Treaeurer <br /> <br />McAdoo give a talk on the "Liberty Loan Bonds". <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />the Street Supt. was instructed to grade 0ueter St. North <br />of Washington Ave. before any other new work is undertaken, <br />The motion of Trustee Maryatt that a committee be appoint; <br />ed in reference to ordering trees removed on the East side <br />of Main between First and 2nd Ste. was duly seconded and <br />carried, Trustees McPhee and Greenleaf being appointed as <br />such committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
