Felts <br /> <br />Ayes, <br /> <br />Noes, <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, Trustee MoPhee was appointed President pro tom. <br /> <br />President pro tom MoPhee announced that this was the date set <br />for opening bids received for paving Bristol St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, the <br />Clerk was instructed to proceed to open bid8 received. <br /> <br />The following bids were opened: Orange Co.Engineering & Const. <br />Co. 1~ cts. per sq. ft. which was accompanied by a certified <br />check of $1550. <br /> <br />Wells & Breesler,14.~9 cents per sq. ft., w~*oh was accompanied <br />by U.S.Fldelity & Guranty Co.'e bond for $1650. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, the contract for paving Bristol St.,from 5th St. on the <br />North to the City Limits on the South,was awarded to Wells & <br />Breeeler, as per bid submitted by them. <br /> <br />Resolution No.60~, a Resolution of Award of contract for the <br />paving of Bristol St. was read, and on motion of Trustee Green- <br />leaf that same be adopted, was duly seconded by Tubbe and pasee¢ <br />by the following vote to-wit:- <br /> <br /> Trustees Tubbs,MoPhee,Greenleaf, and Maryatt. <br /> <br /> Trustees None, Absent, President Vlsel. <br /> <br />A communication from the P.E.Ry.Co. in reference to securing <br /> <br />a certificate from Ohrie MoNelll, successful bidder for bulldin <br />N.Maln St. bridge, onthe contract for furnishing cement, <br />on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Greenleaf and oarri <br />the matter was referred to the City Attorney to secure the <br />necessary document from Mr.MoNeill. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt,Auly seconded by Tubbe, Mrs. Sohute <br />will succeed Mrs. Carrol aa Police woman at a salary of <br /> <br />per month, and the Clerk was so instructed to make the neoessar~ <br />~hangs. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried <br /> <br />Trustee MoPhee was appointed with power to ~ot as a o~-mtttee o~ <br />one with Chris MoNelll in ordering necessary material for build. <br />lng North Main St. b~idge. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf,C.A.Felts <br />was appointed as a special police officer without pay when the <br /> <br />L, <br /> <br /> <br />
