Approved: Ayee, Noes, # On motion of Trustee MoPhee duly seconded by Tubbs and carried Trustee Maryatt was appointed a committee of one with power to act in reference to o erSain persons burning paper and trash in alleys. On motion of Trustee Tubba duly seconded by Greenlsaf that a committee be appointed in reference to looking into ~onds and permits of oontraotore cutting in paved streets, Trustees Tubbe and (~reenleaf and Water Supt. Reid.were app~tnted as such committee. An ordinance amending ordinance ~28, an ordinance grantin the P. E. Railway Co., a corporation and its assigns, a franchise and right to construct maintain and operate for the term of fifty years an electric railroad morose oertal streets and alleys in the city of Santa Aha! So as to extend the time within the work thereunder shall be com- pleted, was given final reading and on motion of Truetes goPhee that same be adopted was duly seconded by Greenleaf and passed by the following vote to-wit: Trusteee Tub~, MoPhee, Oreanleaf, Maryatt & Trusttee, None. An ordinance of the City of Santa Aha fixing the amount of money ascertained to oar~y on the various departments of the city and pay the bonded lndebtednees falling due for the current year 191S-1~ and fixing the rate of taxation for the current year 191S-1~ was given final reading and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by ~oPhee that same be adopted paseed by the following vote to-wit: Trulteea Tubbs, MoPhee, ~reenleaf, Maryatt & Visal. Ordinance $633, an ordinance of the City of Santa Aha accepting all that portion of Edinger Street located, situated and being in the corporate limits of Santa Aha an open, used and dedicated street of said city was given final reading and on motion of Trustee Tuhbe duly swoon&ed by Greenleaf that same be adopted passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt & Visel.
