In Re Resolution ~ 610 Garbage Contract. , Forfeiture of In Re Garbage Agreement For October & November, 1918. Santa Aha, City Hall. Sept. 25th, 191g. 7;30 P.M. In the matter of the application of the Crown Stage Company for permission to operate an Amto Stage Line between Santa Aha and Laguna Beach was, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried wet for hearing October 7th, 1918 at 7:30 # In the matter of the application of Joseph H. Ryan for a leave of absence from the Police Dep~rtment of the Ctiy for the duration of the war was granted on motion of Trustee ~ubbs duly seconded by Green]ear. On motion of Trustee McPhee duly seconded by Tubb~ the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant on the Tre~sure~ in favor of Nicholle Loomie Co. for $~17.9~ for final settlement on hay contract, same being $20.00 Ieee than original amount of bill. An ordinance of the City of Santa Aha adding a new section to Ordinance $4~1 to be known as section and providing for a permit from the Supt. of Streets before making excavations in the streets and alleys of the City was given first reading, and on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly ,econded by Greenleaf and carried, r®~ewred to the City Attorney. A resolution of the Board of Trustees of Santa Aha declaring forfeiture of the contract between the city and the Eyraud Bros. ( Albert Eyraud and Eugene Eyraud) for the removal of garbage arc. entered into between said parties on the 26th day of June, 191~ for a period of four years was read, and on motion of Trustee Tubbe duly seconded by Greenleaf that section two be striken out and that resolution adopted as it then reads, was passed by the following vote, to-~ Ayes: Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Greenleaf, & Vieel. Noes: None. Absent: Trustee Maryatt. # On motion of Trustee MoPhee duly seconded by and carried the following agreement was made for the garbage for October and November, 1~18.
