Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by President Mitchell. Present, Trustees Tubbs,Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf. Minutes of Dec. let and ~th approved as read. Bogart In Re plat of Sunkist Addition Shaw and Russell In Re Bond and Contract,Dr.C.E.Price In Re Petition fire protection lndustrisl district In Re Community Singing at Birch Park In Re Water Service,Wlllits St. In Re Bids on City fertilizer The application of G.E.Bogart for a license to conduct a rooming house at 419} N.Main, known aa the Lacy Apartments,waa on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, referred to a committee Trustee~Tubbs and Police Chief as such committee. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly and carried, Addition was for approval. On motion of and carried, gernigan being appointe~ seconded by Greanleaf Shaw and Russel'e tract of the Bun-kist approved and bond referred to the chair Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf President Mitchell was authorized to sign the contract and approve the bond of Dr.C.E.Prioe in the matter pertaining to city garbage. A petition signed by representatives from all the and packing houses/manufacturing plants along the railroad asking for more fire Pr0teotion, by erecting a fire station in that locality, was read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, same was accepted and placed on 'file. Mt.Clarence A.Gustlin was before the Board asking co-operation and a donation for a program to be given by the Santa' Aha Musical Association Christma~ night in Birch Park. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf that an amount not exceeding $100.00 be drawn from the Band Fund for the same, carried, Anthony Kohler wam before the Board asking that the City construct 1350 ft. of water pipe on Willits St. in order that he may he served with City water. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, Water Supt.Wray was instructed to lay 300 ft. of ~ inch water pipe on Wlllits St. West of Bristol. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and csrried, that bids received for City fert~l~iSr be opened, the following bids were opened:
