Bogart <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />plat of Sunkist Addition <br />Shaw and Russell <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bond and Contract,Dr.C.E.Price <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition fire protection <br /> <br />lndustrisl district <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Community Singing at <br /> <br />Birch Park <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Water Service,Wlllits St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bids on City fertilizer <br /> <br />The application of G.E.Bogart for a license to conduct <br /> <br />a rooming house at 419} N.Main, known aa the Lacy <br />Apartments,waa on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br />seconded by Chapman and carried, referred to a committee <br /> <br />Trustee~Tubbs and Police Chief <br />as such committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br /> <br />and carried, <br />Addition was <br />for approval. <br /> <br />On motion of <br />and carried, <br /> <br />gernigan being appointe~ <br /> <br /> seconded by Greanleaf <br />Shaw and Russel'e tract of the Bun-kist <br />approved and bond referred to the chair <br /> <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />President Mitchell was authorized to <br /> <br />sign the contract and approve the bond of Dr.C.E.Prioe <br />in the matter pertaining to city garbage. <br /> <br />A petition signed by representatives from all the <br /> and <br />packing houses/manufacturing plants along the railroad <br /> <br />asking for more fire Pr0teotion, by erecting a fire <br />station in that locality, was read and on motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, same was accepted and placed on 'file. <br /> <br />Mt.Clarence A.Gustlin was before the Board asking <br />co-operation and a donation for a program to be <br />given by the Santa' Aha Musical Association Christma~ <br />night in Birch Park. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />that an amount not exceeding $100.00 be drawn from <br />the Band Fund for the same, carried, <br /> <br />Anthony Kohler wam before the Board asking that the <br />City construct 1350 ft. of water pipe on Willits St. <br />in order that he may he served with City water. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbs <br />and carried, Water Supt.Wray was instructed to lay <br />300 ft. of ~ inch water pipe on Wlllits St. West of <br />Bristol. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br />Chapman and csrried, that bids received for City <br />fert~l~iSr be opened, the following bids were opened: <br /> <br /> <br />
