Vaughn for a permit to install <br /> one- 2~5 gallon gasoline tank at his filling station, <br /> 602 N.Main St. was on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly <br /> secobdad by Chapman granted under the supervision of <br /> the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> A communication from the Western Indemnity Co.giving <br /> <br />stages notice that on November lst, l~l~, all policies covering <br /> etagee.~would be cancelled. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, the <br /> communication was accepted and placed on file and the <br /> Clerk instructed to notify all stage lines to this effect. <br /> <br /> A petition signed by a majority of the property owners <br /> abutting on the alley running North and South between <br /> Walnut and Pine in Blk.'C' Blee's 2nd Add. asking that <br /> said portion of alley be ordered~aved with a 4 inch <br /> concrete base and asphaltum surface, the expense of same <br /> to be paid by adjoining property owners. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman <br /> the petition was granted. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Chapman, <br /> City Attorney Scott was instructed to at once start pro- <br /> <br /> ceedings ordering sewer constructed on Grand Ave. from <br /> l?th to Santa Clara Ave. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> City Engineer Hoy was instructed to check over and give <br /> the approximate cost for reeurfaoing and permanent <br /> repairs of the pavement from Main to Santa Fe tracks on <br /> East let St. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> and carried that the President of the Board and one member <br /> of the Board he appointed as a committee to interview the <br /> proper P.E.Ry. Co. officials ~n reference to conditions <br /> on North Main and E.~th St. The Chair appointing Trustee <br /> Chapman as the other member of the Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman <br /> City Engineer Hoy was instructed to give the grade <br /> for the driveways to the Orange Co.~arage Co. Building <br /> <br /> <br />
