O. Vaughn <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapmm <br />end carried the Bond of C. R. ttglin for $500.00 with <br />the Mass. Bonding and Insurance Company, as surety <br />to do electric wiring, was referred to the chair for <br />approval. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee J. W. Tubbs duly seconded by <br />Trustee W. A. Greenleaf and carried, the Clerk was in- <br />structed to open bide received for paving approximatel <br />9,~00 sq. ft. of School property on Sycamore Street <br />above church . One bid was opened, that of Wells and <br />B~,eseler, who bid as follows, to-wit: Item 1. For <br />grading roadway including, all necessary cutting, <br />fitting, filling and shaping of every dascrllbtione. Fo <br />all 5' concrete pavement of 1-2-4 mixture with steel <br />finish as per spec. 87 including the furnishing of all <br />material and all work incidental thereto, the sum of <br />23~ per sq. ft. payment to be made in cash. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee W. A. Greenleaf, duly secmded by <br />Trustee ~. W. Tubbs end carried, the bid was taken <br />under advisement. <br /> <br />A communication ~rom the ministerial a~sooiation askin <br />that a representative from the Board of Trustees be <br />at a meetAng OCtober 20th, 1920, at the Congregational <br />Churchto help work out a program, worthy of the ocoasic <br />to celebrate the landing of the Pilgrim Fathers. On <br />motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, Preeide~t ~ltohell was delegated a rep- <br />resentative to attend this meeting. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Dr. Slabaugh, County Purchasing Agent, was before the <br />Board in reference to re-adjustment of freight ratee <br />changed by Railway ~ompanies for hauling road material <br />for Counties and Municipalities. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Tu0be, that a committee Oe appoi~ <br />ed to CO-operate with the County in the matter was dul <br />seconded by Trustee Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br /> and Chapman being appointed as such <br /> <br />Trustees Tubbs, <br />committee. <br /> <br />On motion of <br />and carried, <br /> <br /> Trustee Greenteaf duly seconded by Tubbe <br /> <br /> L.
