P. Nolemsn inquiring as to the <br />possibility of there being an opening in the Engineering <br /> <br /> Department in reference to sidewalks, curbs and pavement <br /> etc. On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Gre=nleaf <br /> and oarr~ed,/~ordered filed for future reference. <br /> <br /> A committee from the Local American Legion, enclosing <br /> resolutions ~aesed 0y them in reference to the carnival hal( <br /> iatelyand extending a hearty thanks to the members of the <br /> council and City Officials, was read and on motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by <br /> acce~ted and placed on file. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br />?firsts carried, the bond of Jas. A. <br /> <br /> Greenleaf and carried, <br /> <br />du]y seconded by Greenleaf and <br />Insley for ~500.00 with M. T, <br /> <br />Hughes and J. A. Towns, as sureties, to dO private con- <br />tract cement sidewalk and curbing, was referred to the <br />ohair for approval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> <br />duly seconded Oy Chapman <br /> <br />and carried, <br /> <br />Sanitary Inspector and Building Inspector, weL-e referred <br />to %he finance committee. <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br />o~rried, the <br />City <br /> <br />the monthly reports of the Recorder, ~arshal, <br /> <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> <br /> clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the <br />Treasurer to cover the demands as audited. <br /> <br /> <br />
