On motion of TTustee Oreenleaf duly second by Tubbs and carried, Oity Eng. Hoy was instructed to prepare plans, specifications and profile~for the pavying of East let Street from the Santa Fe tracts on the E~st to the center llne of Hain Street on the West. On motion of Trustee Greenleef duly second by Trustee ~bbe ~nd carried City Atty. Scott was instructed to prepare the necessary resolution of intention to improve First Street from the Santa Fe tracts to the center line of Main St. Onmotlon of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Tubbs and carried City Eng. Hoy was instructed to prepare plans, specifications and profiles for improving Main Street ~'rom the center line of First St. on the South to the City limits cn the North. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Tubbe and carried, City Atty. Scott was instructed to prepare the necessary the resoltulon of intention to improve ~aln Street from the center line of Float St. on the South to the City limits on the North. A ~esoltuion of the Board adoptin~ plans, profiles, and cross sections at Main St. brid~e was read and on motion of Trustee Tucks duly second ~y Chapman ~at same be adopted passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes: Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale, Oreenleaf, and Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None. Resolution ~o. 640 A res$1~i,~ of the Board ~eclaring its intention to improve that portion of North Hain St. same being a public street in the City of Santa Aha, by the construction of concrete with asphalt covering, under th~ ~ of No. gO the approaches on either side of the concrete bridge crossing Santiago Creek and taxing the cost thereof, to the a~$$ing property owners, same to be done under the improvement act of 1911 and amendments thsreto~w~s read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second ~y ~ubbs that same be adopted passed by the follow -ing vote. Ayes: Trustees Tub~s, Chapman, Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell.
