The resolution was read and discussed and on motion of Trustee H. H. Dale, seconded by Trustee C. H. Chepman and carried, it was ordered filed, to be designated Resolution No. 661, and it was referred to the City Attorney to be put in proper form for final action by the Board of Trustees.
