Oh motion of Trustee <br />Dale duly tsoonded by Tubbs and carried, the mat- <br />ter w&e referred to the St. Commielioner with <br />power to act. <br /> <br />O~ motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Chap- <br />man and carried, G. L. Simpson was granted a per- <br />mit to conduct a fruit stand in the east end of <br />Otto Hahns Auto Parking Ground~ on Main Street- <br />between Znd and ~rd Streets. <br /> <br />The application of Tom Robinson for permission to <br />conduct an Auto Repair Shop at lZ16 W. ~th ~treet <br />wu, on motion of Tr~ee ?ubbs, duly seconded by <br />Dale and carried, referred to a committee. Truste, <br />Tubhs and Dale being appointed an luoh committee. <br /> <br />The application of A1Fogel to conduct Winter <br />Garden Jazz Dances, twice a week in Athletic Hall <br />~rd and Spu~eon, was on m~tlon of Trustee Dale <br />duly ,eoonded by Chapman and carried, referred ~o <br />the Police Committee. <br /> <br />The committee a~pointed in reference to the aPpli. <br />Oa~ion of J. D. Peterl for a permit to oondu~t a <br />lunch wagon at the N. W. Corner cf ~th and French <br />Street reported unfavorable e~d on motion of <br />Trustee Tubhs duly seconded by Chapman and care <br />ried, the request was denied. <br /> <br /> <br />
