S. Finley was before the Board stating that he ha( <br />a 100~ signed contract for paving Washington Avenue <br />from Main to Broadway with 5" concrete base and 1~" <br />asphalt top and asking permission to close the a~$Ve <br />portion of street in order to start work on same. <br /> <br /> Trustee Dale duly seconded by Chapman <br /> the request was granted. <br /> <br />Trustee Dale du~y seconded by <br /> <br /> Tubbs and <br />carried, Attorney Clyde Biehop, epecial counsel was <br />instructed to prepare tbs necessary legal notice <br />whereby the City Street ?upt. can notify the P. ~. <br /> <br />Ry. Co. to construct <br /> <br />beneath their t~racks <br />Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee <br /> <br />their part of the culvert <br /> <br />on 4th Street, E. side of ~ain <br /> <br />Tu~bs duly seconded by Chapman <br /> <br />and carried, St. *upt. Dahl was instructed to have <br />'installed St. Intersection Buttons at 4th and <br />Breeden and 4th and Grand Ave. and City Attorney <br />Scott and Special Counsel instructed to take up. <br />the mat~er with tbs P. E. Ry.
