Water Department. <br /> <br /> Bond covering improvement of tracts to be filed <br /> with the Clerk in accordance to estimates furnished <br /> by the Engineer. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried by the following vote, assignment by Walter Wray <br />to the City of Santa Aha, of application No. 1~0§ on <br />water rights of Sa~ flags Creek was accepted: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H.¢hapman, Geo. McPhee, ~at.H.Neff, <br /> ¢.L.E/llen, J.W.Tubbs. <br /> Noes: Trustees None. <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />On motion <br /> <br /> of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Killen and <br />carried, effective June 1st, service men of Water Dept. <br />will receive $4.V5 per day, helpers $4.25 per day and <br />meter repair men Sd.BO per day. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Neff and calorie <br />a committee was appointed to interview Havens Seed <br />with reference to final details for right of way for <br />Flower ~treet drainage~ Trustees McPhee and Killen being <br />~ppointed as such committee. <br /> <br />A petition was presented asking permission to oil and san <br />West Pi~e Street f rom Main to Sycamore Streets property <br />owners to pay for material and City to do the work. On <br />motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Killen and carried, <br />petition is granted, when estimated cost of the work is <br />deposited with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Eillen, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, City Clerk was gr~nted ten days leave of absence <br />from the State, · ffective June 1Bth. <br /> <br />At this time, by consent of the President, Trustee <br />Chapman was excused from the meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mo~hes s~conded by Killen and carrie <br />the Clerk was instructed to advertise for Dodge car for <br />Police Department with understanding that successful <br />bidder will accept old Dodge car on price of new one~ <br />bids to be opened June 25th, 192~. <br /> <br /> <br />
