In Be <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />PropOsed Valencia Bt. <br /> <br />~xtena~on. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />~-e~ent of the Boar of <br /> <br />Trustees. <br /> <br />Trustee NcPhee introduced an ordinance entitled as <br />follows: "An Ordinance of the city of Santa Aha, by the <br />Board of Trustees, as t?e City Council T~reof, dec!erin <br />its intention to order an improvement in said city, <br />describing tbs improvement, the land necessary to be <br />taken th refor, and tke district to be benefitted by <br />improvement and to be assessed to pay tbs expenses <br />thereof, to be known as tbs assessment district, referri~ <br />to a map auproved by the Board of Trustees of tbs city <br />of Santa Ana, indicating by a boundary line the extent <br />of tee territory to be included in said assessment dis- <br />trict, order'~ng said map to be filed in t~e office of t~ <br />clt y engineer, directing t~-e posting end publication of <br />notice, designating a newspaper for t~at purpose, and <br />requiring the.maili~ of notices." T~e ordinance was <br />filed, read, considered and referred back to t~e City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br />t]~ <br /> <br /> Trustee ~cPhee, seconded by Neff and carrie¢ <br />Board adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
