J. W. Shields was g~?anted two <br />weeks further time in which t o confer with property', <br />owners with reference to agreeable opening of <br />Sycamore Street north of Fifteenth. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff and <br />carried, communication from Department of Public <br />?,"orks at Sacramento, with reference to ~ater Rights <br />Application No. 1950, was accepted snd placed on <br />f,~]e for fuhure reference. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by },~cPhee and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to s{gn the <br />Board's a~prev~l to ~,'.ap Tract No. 509, a subdivisioD <br />within the tkree mile limit. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, seconded by Neff and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the <br />Board's approval to map tract No. 51V, a subdivisioh <br />withi;~ the three mile limit. <br /> <br />On metier of Trustee Chap~.,a~, seconded by McPhee an~ <br />carried, the bid of Crane Company in amount of <br />$16~.88 for furnishing g~1~ valves~for Water <br />Department, was accepted, and the Clerk instructed <br />to return certified ch~cks to unsuccessful bidders <br /> <br />On r~.ctlon of Trustee Chapman, seconded by },',cPhee <br />aod carried, all bids for fire hydrants were re- <br />Jected a~d the Clerk instructed to return certified, <br />checks accompanying same. <br /> <br /> <br />
