Broadway. Mr. Nisaon <br />will accept sum of $5000 for property to be taken, <br />he not to be held responsible for any ~mprovementa <br />considered necessar? with acquisition of property. <br />On motion of Trustee Eillen, seconded by Neff and <br />carried, report of Committee was accepted and <br />to t he Southern California Investment Company. <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the opening <br />of bids or proposals for the work ordered done and <br />improvement made upon and along a portion cg that <br />open public street in the city of Santa Ana <br />known as West Walnut ,~treet, briefly described in <br />R~solution of Intention No. 1013 and ordered done <br />by Resolution No. 1044; and the Board being duly <br />convened in open session proceeded to and did <br />publicly open, examine and declare all bids <br />Bids were received as follows: <br /> <br /> Item 1. ~he regrading to a subg~ade and the lay- <br />ing of a five (3) inch concrete pavement with belt <br />finish wearing surface, complete with the furni~ <br />of all necessary equipment, labor and material on a <br />estimate of 7~,001 square feet. <br /> <br /> Item ~.. The trenching, furnishing and laying of <br />fifteen (15) four (4) inch house branch sewers from <br />the main sewer to the curb line complete with the <br />ftr nishing of all nacessar? equipment, labor and <br />material on an aatimate of 28? linear goer. <br /> <br /> Item 3. The e~natruotion of concrete curb comple~ <br />with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, <br /> <br />labor and material on an <br /> <br />estimate of 858.5 linear <br /> <br />feet. <br />Item 1.
