R. Ford of the wprk bri <br />described in Resolution No. 901 upon and along East <br />Side and Lintood Avenues= the resolution was ordered <br />filed, ~ead, considered, designated Resolution No. <br />1090, the roll was called and the resolution passed b <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Trustees ¢.R.¢hapman, Geo. McPhee, <br /> Nat H. Neff, C. L. Killen, J. W. Tubbs. <br /> <br /> T~ustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the opening <br />of bids or proposals for the work ordered done and <br />improvement or~er~d made upon and along portions of <br />those certain public streets in the city of Santa Asa <br />commonly known as South Garnsey Street and West <br />Myrtle Street, briefly described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 959 and ordered done in Resolution No. <br />0V4; and the Board of Trustees being duly convened in <br />open session proceeded to and did publicly open, <br />examine and declare all bids received: Bids were <br />received as follows~ <br /> <br /> Item 1. The regrading to s sub&~ade and the layin <br /> of five (5) inch concrete pavement with belt finish <br /> wearing surface complete with the furnishing of all <br /> necessary equipment, ~abor and material on an esti- <br /> mate ~ 141,860 square feet. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The trenching, furnishing and laying of <br /> eighteen (18) four (4) inch house branch sewers <br /> from the main sewer to the curb line complete with <br /> the furnishing of all.neceesax, y equipment, labor <br /> <br /> and material on an estimate of 3§3 I~e~ 1 <br /> <br />linear feet. <br /> ~tem 2. <br /> <br />Oglesby and Dahl <br />Wells & Bressler .200 §0~ <br /> The Board of ~ustees thereupon rejected all bids <br />except the bid hereinafter mentioned and awarded the <br />contract to Wells & Bressler for the work or improve- <br />ment as the lowest responsible bidder therefor, at <br />the price named in their bid~ <br /> <br /> Trustee Nat H. Neffff the~ ~n~oduoed a ~solution <br />awarding the contract to Wells ~, Bressler. The <br />resolution was ordered filed, read, considered and <br />designated Resolution of Award No. 1091~ the roll was <br />called and t?e resolution passed by the following <br /> <br />C.H.
