McPhee introduced a resolution determin <br />lng unpaid assessments for the work done and improve~ <br />merit made upon a portion of Bush Street, E. & W. ~e~- <br />tieth Sr and East Santa Clara Avenue, and the aggregate <br />thereof, directing bonds to be issued upon the security <br />of the unpaid assessments, prescribing the denomina- <br />tions of said honda, providing for the issuance of <br />the same in a~ nual series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered <br />designated Resolution No. 1095) the roll was called <br />and the resolution passed by the follewln~ vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H.Ohapman, Oeo. McPhee, Nat H.Neff, <br /> C.L.Killen, J.W.Tubbs. <br /> <br /> Noes: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> This being the time and place fixed for the opening <br /> of bids or proposals for the installation of an <br /> ornamental lighting s~stem on a portion of East and <br /> West Fifth Street and West Fourth Street, briefly <br /> described in Resolution of Intention No. 1008 and <br /> ordered done by Resolution No. 1058, and the Board <br /> being duly convened in open session proceeded to and <br /> did pubXcly open, examine and declare all bids <br /> received, as follows: <br /> <br /> Osborn ~lectric Co. $55550.00 <br /> Joseph A.
