Assn. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Drainage <br /> <br />3rd & Par~on <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Firemen <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Killen and <br />carried, bill of Orange County Construction Company in <br />amount of $282.00 for constructing rockand oil streets <br />was accepted and the ~lerk instructed to draw warrant <br /> <br />covering. <br /> <br />On motion <br />carried, <br /> <br /> of Trustee Killen, sedonded by McPhee and <br /> <br />the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's <br /> <br />approval to Map Tract No. <br />filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, <br /> <br />584 when necessary bond is <br /> <br />seconded by heff a~d <br /> <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's <br />approval to Map Tract No. 579 when bond covering <br />improvements is filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Killen, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, the ~lerk was instructed to ~gn the Board's <br />approval to Map Tract No. 582, a subdivision within the <br />three mile limit, when 60 ft. streets have been provided <br />and 30 ft. reserved on the South end of Tract. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids <br />for necessary construction in carrying out plans hereto- <br />fore adopted for the Flower Street drainage project. <br /> <br />Mr. KnOx reported that petition for paving of Bristol <br />Street from 5th to North City Limits contained signature <br />representing 8~% of frontage. On motion of Trustee <br />McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, matter of widthl <br />of street was referred to the Board as a whole to inve~t <br />gate nemt Saturday and petition for paving was f~led for <br />future reference. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Neff and carrie <br />com~nunication from Merchm~ts & Manufacturers As~ cia$1en <br />recommend~ ng not less than one hour parking limit in <br />business district, was accepted and ordered filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Neff and <br />carried, St. Supt. was instructed to make necessary <br /> <br />repairs on street to <br />of 3rd & Parton Sts. <br /> <br />take care o~ drainage in vicinity <br /> <br />On motion of <br />c~]~ried, <br />firemen. <br /> <br /> Trustee Killen, seconded by Chapman and <br />Fire Chief was authorized to employ two new <br /> <br /> <br />
