V:30 P.M. <br /> <br />tank at <br />of Fire <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Eillen and <br /> carried, the Board of Trustees declared a recess of <br /> twenty minutes to go into executive session with the <br /> Joint 0utfall Sewer Board. <br /> <br />ON motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Chapman and <br />notice of hearing before the Hal lroad Cormmis~t on of the <br />application of the Pacific Electric Land Company to <br />trqnsfer right to operate bus li~e was referred to the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br /> A communication was read from the Chamber of Commerce <br /> calling attention to unsanitary condition of Mexican <br /> settlement on West Fifth Street. On motion of Trustee <br /> Killen, seconded by Chapman and carted, communication <br /> was accepted and placed on file. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and <br /> carried, the application of Wilshire Oil ~ompany f~ <br /> permission to install additional 1000 gallon gasoline <br /> <br /> llA S.
