On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Killeu and carried, de Waard & Cobham were granted sixty day e~- tension of t~me for completion of their contract covering portion of Joint Outfall Sewer, w~h the understaudlug that by December 2nd, they have new and complete equipment to carry out work which is satisfactory to the City Engineer of Santa A~a . ~on.
