Pagenkopp was granted permission to <br />enlarge and rearrange parking yard at Southwest corner <br />~rd and Broadway. <br /> <br />Fire ~hief Luxembourger reported that old B~ade Bu~ld~n <br />on West Fourth Street is more than forty-one ret cent <br />'decayed. 0n motion of Trustee Ki~]en, sec'onded by Neff <br />and carried, City Attorney was instructed to prepare <br />necessary proceedings to condemn t~e build~ng. <br /> <br /> 0n :uotlon of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff and <br /> carried, Fire Commissioner was authorized to h~ve the <br /> two ¥~hite fire trucks repainted at cost of ~125 each. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee ~cPhoe, seconded by Chapman and <br /> carried, the President was authorized to arrange for <br /> <br /> on the two new fire halls now under construct <br /> <br />insurance <br />0n motion <br /> <br /> of Trustee Killen, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, Hoc squad wagon delivered by Dale and Company <br />was accepted and the Clerk Instructed to draw warrant <br />covering contract price. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Killeu and <br />carried, de Waard & Cobham were granted sixty day e~- <br />tension of t~me for completion of their contract <br />covering portion of Joint Outfall Sewer, w~h the <br />understaudlug that by December 2nd, they have new and <br />complete equipment to carry out work which is <br />satisfactory to the City Engineer of Santa A~a . <br /> <br />~on. <br /> <br /> <br />
