On motion of <br />Trustee ~tAbbs, seconded by gree~hleaf and carried, same <br />was accepted and the Clerk instructed to deposit check wit <br />the City ~easurer. <br /> <br />A cormnunication signed by a number of property owners on <br />1Vth Street Just east of Sopthern Pacific P~ilroad with <br />reference to damage to property caused by water standing <br />in street since construction of pavir~, wes presented. <br />Mr. Knox reported that material is now on hand to remedy <br />this unsatisfactozT condition and sam~ will Be taken care <br /> <br />of as soon as possible. <br /> <br />On mot~c~ of ~uatee ~ubbs, <br /> <br />seaonded by Dale and carried, <br /> <br />application of ~"~omas Ash for appointment as I~puty <br /> <br />Building Inspector was referred to the Boa~ as a whole. <br /> <br />A petition signed by property owners on ~ickey Street <br />requesting that that portion of said street lying between <br />Bristol on the East and King Street on the West be improve <br />with five inch concrete pavement ~th belt finish wearing <br />surface under lgll and 1915 Acts, was presented. On <br />moti~ of ~u~tee Chapman, seconded by Dale and carried, <br />same was referred to the City E~ngineer for checking. <br /> <br />A petition signed by property owners on Artesia Street <br />between let St. on the North and Pine Street on the Sou~h <br />requesting that that potion of said street be improved <br />with 5" concrete pavement with belt finish wearing surface <br />under 1911 and 1915 acts was pr~eented.
