This being the time and place fixed and set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 1242 to or, er work done a d improvement made upon a portion of Roe Drive and the Board of Trustees being duly convened in open session proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests. No owner of property liable to be assessed for said work' r- made written prot&st or any protest against the propo ed wore or against the extent of the district to be assessed theref~r~ ahd hb pex*a~ appearing to protest or did protest or o~Ject or show any cause why the improvement should not be oarriedout in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1242, the Board of Trustees deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to o~der the proposed improvement. Thereupon Trustee Collier introduced a resold,t ion ordering the ~ rk to be done and improvement to be made, which is briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 1242 the resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution O~dering Work No. 1261 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Geo.
