On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Ch~pman~ nd carried, petition was referre to Planning Coramission for investigation and repot. On motion of Trustee Cha~an, seconded by Neff ~d carried, deed from J.S.Crouch and others to a strip of land lying between ~estern Avenue an d~rtesia St. bein~ a portion of West 8th St. was accepted and the Clerk instructed to have the same recorded. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff ~ d carried, ~ont~ly repots of ~e Various city officers wePe referred to the Finance Committee. On motion ~ Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff and carried, the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants covering demands as audi ted by Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff ~d carried, the Clerk was instructed to s~gn ~he Boards approval to Map of Tract No. 818, a sub~vi~ on with- in the three mile limit.
