In Re Resolution Ordering ~ork No. i~-VV - Fewer Dist No. 86. In Re Resolution No. 12V8 Adopting Plans ~ Spec. ~rfield Street. 1st to 6th. In Re Resolution of Intention No. 12V9 - Garfield St. Fire to Sixth St. This being the time and place fixed and set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 1259 to order work done ~nd improvement made upon portions of McFadden St., McOlsy St., Chestnut Ave., 1st St. and N. & S. Lyon St. a nd the Board of Tr~mtees being ch ly convened in open session, l~oceeded to hear and pass upon all protests. No owner of property liable to be assessed for said work made written protest or any protest against the ~roposed work orsgainst the extent of the district to be assessed therefor, and no perso~ appearing to protest or d~ protest or object or show any cause why the improvement ~ ould not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1259, the Board of Trustees deemed that it hsd accp~ed Jurisdic- tion to order the proposed improvement. Thereupon, Trustee Chapman introduced a resolution' ordering the ~ork to be done and improvement to be made, which is briefly described in Resolution of Intention 1259; the resolution was ox~ered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution ~rdering Work No. 12VV and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.N.Chapmsn, Nat H.Neff, E. B. Collier. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees Geo. McPhee, J.W.Tubbs. Trustee Neff introduced a resolution adopting plans and specif~ etions for work and improvement to be m~de upon along a portion of Garfield Street from the horth line ~ 1st St. to the ~outh line ~'~th~. The resolution was ~r~red filed, read, conquered, designated Resolution No. 12~8 end passed by the ~llow~g vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Ohspmsn, E. B. Collier, Nat R.Neff. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Tr~teea Geo. McPhee, J.W.Tubbs. Trustee Neff introduced a resolution declaring it to be the intention of tbs Board of Trustees of t~e city ~f Santa Aha to order work to be done and improvement to be made upon and along ~a ~ portion of Garfield Street from the north llne of F~rst Street to the South line of Sixth Street. ~he resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, d~signated Resolution of Int~tion No. 1~9 and ~ssed by ~he following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Cl~man, E.B.
