Bondley w~s granted permission to install revolving b~rb~ <br />pole at 109 W. 3rd St. <br /> <br />~ne Clerk called attention of the Board to the f~ct that <br />the minutes of April ?th, 192A, and April lath, 192A, h~d <br />by oversight, failed to correctly set forth the action of th <br />Board with re~erence to the improvement of Edlnger Street in <br />the following respect: ~at the matter of the hearing of <br />protests against the proposed Improvement of Edinger Street <br />w~s called up on April Vth but the Board having been busy <br />and Trustee McPhee having desired that the hearing be con- <br />tinned one week, the same was regularly continued until ~:80 <br />P. M., April lath, and when the said matter was called on <br />April lath it wes taten up as s continued hearing. <br /> <br /> Thereupon, after discussion, the following resolution was <br />indorsed: <br /> <br /> ¥.~ereas, it a~pears that the minutes as written by the <br />Clerk on pages 183 to page 18~ f~led to mention the f~ct <br />th, t the hearing as to the proposed i-'proveme~t of E~Inger <br />St. was regularly continued until 7:30 P. M. April lath, <br />l~2A and the minutes of April lath at page 19~ thereof fail <br />to show that the hearing hsd in said matter on April lath <br />w~s a continued hearln$; <br /> <br /> Now, therefore, the Clerk is hereby directed to make the <br /> <br />following corrections <br />conform to the f~cte: <br />minutes of April ~th, <br /> <br />in said minutes in order to make them <br />namely.- that there be added to the <br />1924, at page 1B~, the statement that <br /> <br />the hearing ~n the matter of ordering work or Improvement of <br />Edinger Street be deferred until ~:ZO.P.M. April 14th, 1924 <br />that the mint~es of April 14th at page 1~8 be corrected to <br />read "This being' the time and place to w~ch the hearing of <br />objections against ordering work set forth in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1206 was deferredv" <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by McPhee and carried <br />m~ttsr ~' S. A. V. I. pipe llne and tract No. 680 was referr <br />to the City Attorney, St. Superintendent and Street Committe <br />with power to draw contract covering relocation of pipe line <br />within five years if necessary. <br /> <br />This being the t~me and place fixed when interested persons <br />might appear and sbow cause why bonds should not be issued <br />upon the security of the unpaid assessments for work done <br />~nd improvement made upon a portion of Spurgeon Street ss se <br />out in Resolution of Intention No. 1126, and no person mppea: <br />lng to show cause why said bonds should not be issued, <br /> <br /> <br />
