Morrill cowring pipe line right of way in Block B, Lot A, Chilson Tract was accepted and the 0lark i~structed to have the s~me re COl~ed. On motion of Trustee Collie~ seconded by McPhee and carried Map of Tract Eo. 669 was referred back to the subdivider and action of Planning Commission of June 21st disapproving ea~d tract wqs confirmed. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by McPhee and carried, the Clerk wes instructed to sign the Board's approval to M~p Tracts Nos. 508 a~ 510, subdivisions within the three mile limit. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Collier and carried, Mrs. Earl Morris, Rev. W. B. Roberts and Rugh Gerrard were appointed ne a Censor Commission and Clef instructed to notify members of such appointment. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Collier and carried, City Electrician wes ~nstructed to grant no more permits for lights or electrically illuminated signs until power conditions have changed. On motion of Trustee Collier, carried action of ~arch 12th, seconded by McPhee and 1923, instruct'ng City Attorney to prepare five year extension of contract with Harper Bros. for dump ground was rescinded. # On motion of Trustee PcPhes, seconded by Collier end carried, hearing of ~rotests against ordering work of cleaning lots was continued for one week. This being the flue end place set for heerlng cf aDpea or protests of any person interested in the improvement or assessment made therefor on West Bishop Street, as per Resolution of Intention No. 11~3, no person appearing to protest or object against the assessment or any other of the proceedings taken, a resolution ~verruling protests or objections to asses~ ment, approving assessment and ordering the Street Superintendent to attach warrant and record was duly introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 12~ and pas~ed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees ~eo.
