In Re McFadden St. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, R. ~. Silkweed was granted permission to erect and operate service station at Northwest cor~er let and Flower Streets. On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Chapman and carried, petition for pavement of Washington Avenue from Lowell Street to Arteeia Street was re, fred to the Engineer for checking. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier · nd carried, settlement with A. C. Thorpe, W. H. Holmes, P. R. P~rris and F. M. Nptman covering Joint outfall sewer right of way was ratified, as approved by the City Attorneys of the ~ur cities interested in construction of the outfall sewer. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by MePhee and carried, deed from A. C. Thorpe, W. F. R. Harris and F. M. Notman cow ring outfall sewer right of way was accepted and the Clerk instructed to have the £ame recorded. Resolutions from the ~sntm Aha Boar~ of Realtors recommending calling of bond election for purpose of securing mon~,~ with which to build municipal light plant were read. On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by McPhee and carried, resolutions were referred to the Board se s whole. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman a nd carried, bid of G. P. Oam~bell for city printing was accepted and contract so awarded covering printing for ensuing year. On motion of Trustee MePhee, seconded b2 Collier ~d carried, W. F. Heathmen, City Hecorder, was grated two weeks leave of absence from the State, beginning August lath. On motion of Trustee Ohapman, seconded by McPhee ~ d carried, matter of width of parkways on McFadden St. was referred to a Committee: Trustee Neff was appoint~ ed as such Comz~tttee to work in conjunction w~ h Oity Engineer and Water Superintendent.
