Mcphee, E.B.Oolliqr, Nat H. Neff, J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. This being the time and place to which the hearing of objections or protests against the p~oposed work end improvement as act out in Resolution of Intention No. 1SO0 was deferred, and the Board ~ Trustees being duly convened in open session proceeded to hear and p~ss upon ell protests. No owner of property liable to be assessed for said. work made written protest or any protest against the proposed work ora gainer the exist of the district to be assessed therefor end no person appearing to protes~ or did protest or object or show any cause why the improvement should not be carried out in accordance with i~esolution of Intention No. 1300, the Board of Trustees deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the prop~ed improvement. Thereupon Trustee Chapman introduced a resolution c~dering the work to be done and improvement to be made, which is briefly described in Resol~ion of Intention No; 1300. The resolution wac ordered filed, read, cons~ered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1333 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C..H. Oh~man, Geo. McPhee, E.B.Oollier, Nat R. Neff, J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. This being the time the opening of bids and place fixed and set forth for or proposals for the improvement of a portion of ~st Semis Clara Avant, e, Bpurgaon St., and Santiago Avenue, as briefly described in Re~ lutio' $f Intention No. 12~2, and the Board of Trustees being ch ly convened in open session, proceeded to ~nd did publicly open, examine and declare all bids received, as follows: Item 1. The grading to a sub,grade a~d the laying of five inch concrete pavement complete w~th the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 201,058 square feet. Item 2. The construction of ~ncrete curb completel with the furnishing of all n$cessary equipment, labor an~ material on an estimate of 8V54.~1 ~near feet. Item 3. The trenching, furnishing and laying of six inch main sewer pipe in ac~rdance with plans and spe~fications complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, la,Or and material on ~ eetimat~ of 9~9 linear feet.
