On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by McPhee and carrie, for street purposes deed/from J. Earl Talcott and wife, P. O. Beissel and wife and Fred Newcomb and wife to Block "E" of Tract No. Wisteria Place, was accepted a~d the Clerk instructed to h~ve the sa~e recorded. # On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carri~ petitions requesting cementing of water reservoir at Sth ~nd Olive Sts. were referred to the State Board of Health for l~s'reoomm~ndation. Mr. ~.{cPhee, as chairman of Committee, ~resented tentative ,greement between the County of Orange snd the City of Sant~ Ana for the consolidation of the Heslth Departments of the County and City. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chain end carried by the following vote, the agreement was approved and the President and Clerk ~ut?orized to sign the same in behalf of the City of Santa Roll.Call: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Oha~m~n, Geo. Thompson was accepted and the Clerk instructed to have same recorded.
