Chap~an, Geo. ~cPhee, E.B.Collier, F.!.Purinton. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustee J.W.Tubbs. This being the time to wblch action on bids for the improvement of a portion of S. Van Ness Avenue was deferred, and the Board of Trustees belng now in open session, Trustee ~cPhee introduced s resolution awarding tbs contract for sa~d work and improvement to Ralph ~.Welch as the lowest responsible bidder therefor, st the price na~ed in bis bid.
