Trustee ~cPhee introduced a resolution ~provlng assessment diagram covering installation of ornamental lights on Broadway from let to 8th St. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, desi~,nated Resolution No.l~g and passed by the followin~ vote: Ayes: Trustees C.~.Ohapman, Geo. McPhee, E.B.¢oll~er, ~L.Purinton, J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. Shelton Street as per Resolution of I~tention No. 14SS, was continued, and the Board of Trustees being now in regular session, proceeded to hear any protests presented. No ~rson appear- ing to show cause why bonds should not be issued, Trustee Chapman introduced a resolution determining the unpaid assessments for work and improvement made upon said street, the a~gre~ate thereof, directing bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid assessments, proscribing the denominations of said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. ~he resolution w*s ordered filed, read, con- sidered, designated Resc~Htion No. I~VO and ~ seed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo.
