Main St. <br /> Yost Theatre, 302 East Fourth Street. <br /> <br /> Geo. Ezelle to hanZ signs for <br /> <br /> Mrs.E.M.Wilson, 208 W. lat St. <br /> McFadden Market, 815 N. Main St. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> A copy of resolution by the Board of Supervisors with <br /> reference to repaying of East First Street from Main <br /> to the East City Limits and granting the City $20,000 <br /> toward the cost of this improvement was read. On <br /> motion of Trustee Chalmnan, ascended by Purinton and <br /> carried, same was accepted and placed on file. <br /> <br /> A protest by H.E.Parton with reference to installing <br /> sidewalk on Shelton Bt. frc~ 1st to Chestnut was read, <br /> On m~ ion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by McPhee <br /> and carried, former action of the Hoard o~dering the <br /> construction of sidewalk on Shelton St. from 1st to <br /> Chestnut St. was rescinded, due to fact that property <br /> 5wners involved have not requested the improvement. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> A conununication from the Marbelite Corporation cf <br /> America presenting a bond in amount of $800 to insure <br /> the costs of any proceedings designating Marbelite <br /> lighting standards was read. On motion of Trustee <br /> Purinton, seconded by Chalmnan and carried, bond was <br /> referred to the Chair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br /> A petition from property owners on Oak Street between <br />Bishop and McFadden requesth~the installation of <br /> <br /> Marbelite ~namental lightin6 standards was presented <br /> <br /> <br />
