A letter wee presented from the Bealth O~flcer ur~n~ the install- ation of said sewer line. An oral discussion with reference to necessity of installing sewer was had and after due oons~deratlon by the Board of Trustees, sa~ protests were overruled. The Board o~ Trustees thereupon deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed impr~ement.
