O~ m~ion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chef, man and carried President was authorized to annoim~ ~ re~resentative of the Board of Trustees to participate in educational tour to Boulder and Black Canyon dam sites: Ew~ineer Neff .was ap pein to represent the Board on this tour. . On motion of Trustee McPhee, ascended by Collier ,nd carried Greenwood Adverti~n~ Company was ~rented permission to erect roof si~n on one story corruu;ated iron buil~n;, w~h provision that si~n ia to be ail metal construction.
