Ail bonds to be fnrnished by the contractor were referred to the President of the Board of Trustees for anproval or rejection, and when said Contrao' shall have been duly signed and filed, the Clerk was ordered to return the bonds, certified check or cashier's check filed by the successful bidder. It was further ordered that all bids for installation o~ additional screens in the treatment plant, except the The bid of/~)orr Company be and are rejected, and all bonds, certified checks or cashier's checks of the unsuccessful bidders be returned. That the bid of The Dorr Company be accepted and the contract awarded to The Dorr Company at t!-e price bid and under the terms and provisions of the bid. On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Collier and carried, request of M. ~.. Miller for street light in ~00 block N. Birch Street was referred to report back at next meeting. Mr. J. R. ~unt, Manager, Orange Trustee MoPhee to County Pair, appe areal before the Board and requested that the Santa Ara Municipal Band ~ay at the Fair for three or ~ e days.
