Mr. Noble w,s before tbs Board with re~t that the gra~e o~ Louise Street be lowered between 1Vth St. and Washington Avenue. ~n motion of Trustee seconded by Collier ~nd carried, ~e~It for chan~e of ~rade on Louise Street was ~rante~ ~ovlded em~ change meets with the ~proval of ~he City Attorney and does not conflict with tbs oroeeedings covering the improvement of said street. A communication w~e oresented from the Southern Counties Gas Comr, ny advlsln~ that certain oro~erty owners on Louise Street refuse to ~ for the in- stallation of ~s main. A number of the pronerty owners were nresent and were advised th.t tbls matter comes under regulations of tbs Railr~d Commission ~nd snecial effort should be ~de to hove ~ae mains installed before the paving Ss laid. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Goods .nd carried, the following street lights were ordered installed: 100 c o light on Myrtle between Oran;e & Nanle in nlace of ~0 c D there at oree.nt. 4 center suspension lights on W~]llts Street west of Bristol ll;ht at south end of ~rte~ia St. (Previously ordered but not yet inst.]~led.)
