Diagram <br /> <br />Wright Street. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for opening of Earthquake In- <br />surance Bids covering the Water System and Plant and certain <br />irregularities in the advertisement having been brought to <br />the attention of the Board, on motion of Truetee Goode, secon- <br />ded by McPhee and carried, all bids were rejected without <br />opening and the Clerk instructed to return same to the biddy. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee C~apman, seconded by Goode and carried, <br />bond of Charles D. Swanner, duly appointed City Attorney for <br />the City of Santa Ana, in amount of $1000.00, was referred <br />to the Chair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />An Ordinance regulating permits and installation of all <br />classes of electrical work was introduced. Mr. J.E. Cope of <br />the Cope Electric Company and Mr. 0rlin Robertson of the <br />Robertson Electric Corporation expressed their approval and <br />urged the passage of the proposed ordinance. The ordinance <br />was read and considered and on motion of Trustee Chapman, <br />seconded by McPhee was referred back to the City Attorney.for <br />checking. <br /> <br />799 reference to the <br /> <br /> The Ordinance <br /> <br /> 802 and passed <br /> <br />An ~rdinance repealing Ordinance No. <br /> <br />City Assessor came up for final consideration. <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H. Chapman, Geo.McPhee,,E.B. Collier, <br /> <br />Noes; Trustees <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees <br /> <br />Stanley E. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />Goode, F.L. <br /> <br />Purinton. <br /> <br />Petitions requesting Ornamental Lights on Sycamore Street <br /> to <br />from lst/ChuPch and on W. Fourth Street from, Main to Ross <br /> <br />were presented. On motion ST Trustee Goode, seconded by <br />Collier and carried, City Engineer was i~atructed to prepare <br />Plans and Specifications covering these installations; said <br />installations to be carried out under proceeding covering <br />installation of lights on Third Street previously ordered. <br /> <br />Trustee Goode introduced a resolution approving assessment <br />diagram covering the improvement being made on Wright Street <br />in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1698. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, desig- <br /> <br />nated Resolution No. <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees <br /> <br />1714 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> C.H.
