On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded bv Ooode carried, tbs Clerk was instructed to furnish the Board with report ahowin~ condition of the varlous funds City. On motion of Trustee GoOdS, seconded by McPhee nnd c~rried, free license was ~ranted Auto Trades Associatl for automobile chow to be held in February. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by McPhee and carried, a Committee wac anpointed to go into matter of improving buildings on sewer farm amd report at next meeting: Trustees Goods, Chapman and MoPhee were appointed a's Committee. On m~iun of Trustee Collier, seconded by Chapm, n and earr~ed, City Attorney wa~ imetructed to insert e]ause in nronosed sewer farm lease with Mt.Price, ~iving Ieee, the ~rivilege of removtn~ any buildings he may place on the farm, at the expiration of bls lease. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Goods ~nd carried, Committee was a~pointed to investi~te questio of paving East Waahingtcn Avenue from Santa Fe to ~and Avenue: Trustees Co]ller and Goods were a~nointed as Committee; On motlon of Trustee McPhee, seconded by ~apman and carried, C.G.Brown wac granted a free neddlere license, in comnliance w~th request of Men's Community B~ble On motion of Trustee Ooode, carried, City Engineer was seconded by Collier ~nd inebructed to draw ~lans and ~ecifioations for the installation of ornamental light on East 4th St. from Main ~oGrand Avenue .... when property owners post bond covering cost of proceedings up to ti~e of protests{ this in accordanoe with recommendation of East Side Improvement Association.
