'~ruate~ Chapman thereupon introduced a resolution entitled 'as follows: "A resolution of the city Of Santa Aaa, by the le~islative branch thereof, to wit: the Board of ?ruetees, nroviding for the issuance and male of the bonds of maid city. in the for the eomrletion of the sewer system of the city of Santa Aaa, including the outfall sewer, prescribing the form of such bonds, fixing the rate of interest to be paid thereon, the date a~d place of pa2ment of amid bonds,principal end interest, and further pro- viding a sinking fund for the pq2ment and redemption of the bonds, principal and interest.
