On motion of ~mlstee Ooode, seconded by Cha?,man and carried, communication was accepted and placed on file. On motion of Tl-ustee Chapman, seconded by Goods and carried, application of MraM. E. Millings for ~e~miealon to conduct roo~ng house at 1067 West Fifth Street was referred to the Police Committee. . A cp~y o~ ~esolution passed by ~be P]annin~ Commission ~une ~r~, 1926, recommendin~ the meat of a City Plann&ng Consultant was presented, together with proposed contract. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier and carried, l~ecommendetion was placed cn f~le for future reference. A petition was presented from property owners on employ- North Main Stree~ between 4th St. and 6th St. requesting the widening of pavement between ~bose points by the Installation of a combination curb and gutte~. On motion of T~ustee Goods, seconded by Mol'hoe and carried, ~etition was r~ferred to the ~n~ineer for checkln~ and report at next qeeting. A communication complaining about the killing, b~ the Poundmaster, of a pet dog belonging to G~nn written ~. Turner wac p~esented, together wlth/sts'tements cT to6 neighbors of Mr. Turne~ having knowledge of the circumstances. On motic~ of T~uatee Chapman, seconded by Collier and carried, same was referred to the City Attorne2.
