Board appeared before the Board with <br />reference to tbs suspension of his ~lumber'e <br />license for period of sixty days by the Board of <br />Examiners for violation of a provision of the <br />plumbing ordinance by filling gas cocks with putty. <br />Mr. Board testified that he did n~t ps, the ga~' pocks <br />with putty. After due consideration by the Board, <br />on motion of ?rustee Collier, seconded by Ooode and <br />carried, Mr. Board's license wac ordered reinstated. <br />Mr. Bullock of Sanhorn's plumbing establishment <br />su~ested to the Board that certain alterations and <br />amendments should be made with reference to the <br />present plumbing ordinance, me was advised to work <br />with Mr. Crowe and Mr. Weed reference same. <br /> <br />Mr. ~. W. Markel, representing the American Legion, <br />appeared before the Board and gave assurance that <br />the Legion would cooperate in every way possible <br />toward the beautification of Birch Park. Pres~ent <br />Purint on suggested that the question be taken up <br />with the Park Board. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. ~arnois spoke with reference to City Ordinance <br />prohibiting the sale of fire~ rke in the City of <br />~ta Asa a~d calline attention to the fact that <br />fireworks are sold in all nelghbcri~g towns.
