Purlnton. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Goode and <br />carried, a recess of thirty minutes was declared for <br />the purpose of meeting with the outfall sewer boards . <br /> <br />After recess, meeting was again called to order and <br />following business presented: <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Goode and <br />carried, Robertson E~ectric Company was granted permissi~ <br />to hang electric si~n for Yosts Broadway Theatre, under <br />supervision of electric inspector. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Goode and <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to attad~ the Boardts <br /> acceptance to deed from the Santa Fe covering a portion <br /> of Terminal Street at corner of 4th and Terminal, and <br /> have the same recorded. <br /> <br /> A proposition was submitted from the American Outdoc~ <br /> Advertising Company with reference to the maintenance of <br /> trash cans throughout the business district. On motion <br /> of Trustee Collier, seconded by Chapman a nd carried, <br /> resolution was filed for future reference and the Clerk <br /> instructed to notify the advertising company with <br /> reference to back revenue now due the City. <br /> <br /> Mr. E. T.McFadden was before the Board, representing <br /> the American Legion, and requesting contribution of <br /> $1000 toward the Armistice Day parade to be held in <br /> Santa Aha. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by <br /> Goode and carried, request was granted: $500 to be paid <br /> from AdvertisingFund upon demand and the remaining <br /> $800 to be pkid when sufficient money ia in the fund. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trmstee Goode, seconded by Collier and <br /> carried, T. J. Atchley was granted permission to move <br /> house from ~02 E. 1st Bt. to a point outside the C~ty <br /> limits; permit charge to be at rate of $10.00 for first <br /> <br /> <br />
