On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Ooode end carried, City ~t~gineer was instructed to attend meeting in Los Angeles, July l~th, with reference to proposed standar~ specif~atlons for rock products. Mr. L. A. West was bef~e the Boa rd representing vroperty owners of South Main Street end presented s protest against the widening ~ the street. Dr. ~orton spoke in favor of the ~roposed widening. On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Chapman and carried, ~otest w~s re,erred to tbs Engineer for checkln~ and report st next meeting.
