Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. This being the time and piece f'Ixed for hearing pm tests against ordering tbs work of destroying weeds on lots ~h~oughout the Oily, and no person appearing to protest or object to said proceeding, Trustee Collier 'ntroduced a resol~tlon ordering tbs ~treet Suoerintendent to abate the public nuisnnce heretofore dee]ared by the Board of Trustees to exist in the City of S~ ta Aha, to- wit: weeds which bear seeds of , w~ngy or downy nature and attain such a large growth as to become a f~ra menace when dry and whlcb are noxious and dangerous ~rowlng upon certain streets, sidewalks, and private property in tbs C~ty of $~ta Aha, ~y having the weed~ referred to removed. An ordinance was introduced amending ordinance regulstln~ the moving of buildings through or upon public streets, a~]eys, lanes and so forth, by reducing the permit fee therefor.
