<br />This being the day and hour set f$~ hearing pro-
<br />tests or appeals of any person interested in the
<br />work, improvement of assessment made therefor for
<br />the improvement of Fruit Street, Santiago Avenue,
<br />Logan Street, Lincoln Avenue and Grand Avenue, in
<br />accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1725
<br />and no person appearing to protest or object
<br />against the assessment or any other of the pro-
<br />ceedings tsLken, a resolution overruling protests
<br />or objections' to assessment, approving assessmen~
<br />and ordering the Street Superintendent to attach
<br />warrant a~d record, was duly introduced, read,
<br />considered, designated Resolution No. 1808, and
<br />passed by the following vote:

<br />safd City of Santa Aha be vacated, closed up and
<br />abandoned as follows, to-wit:

<br /> Beginning at the most Southerly comer'of
<br />Block 52 of Santa Aha East according ~o a map
<br />thereof on file in Hisee]laneous Records,. Book
<br />!0, pages 43 and 44, Records of Los Angeles
<br />County, California, thence Northeasterly along
<br />the Southeasterly line of said Block ~2 to the
<br />most Easterly corner thereof; thence Southeast-
<br />erly in a straight line to the most Northerly
<br />c~rner of Block 51 of said Santa Aha East;
<br />thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly
<br />line of said Block 51, a distance of 29.23 feet,
<br />to a point; thence ~Oesterly in a straight line
<br />to intersect the Southeasterly extended South-
<br />westerly line of Block 52 of said Santa Aha
<br />East at a point ~l.ll feet Southeasterly from
<br />the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly
<br />along said Southeasterly extended Southwesterly
<br />line 21.11 feet to the point of beginning.
