This being the time and place when and where interes- ted persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for work done and improvement made upon a portion of Fruit Street, Santiago Avenue, Logan Street, Lincoln Avenue and Grand Avenue, in accordant with Resolution of Intention No. 1~25, and the City Council being now in session, proceeded to hear all protests presented.
