Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees W.J. Kelly. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition <br /> <br />Re-zone N. Broadway. <br /> <br />Washington to Fifteenth. <br /> <br />A petition was presented signed by property owners on <br />N. Broadway between Washington and Fifteenth Street to <br />change the zone from single family residence zone to <br />apartment house zone. On motion of Trustee Knox, secon. <br />ded by Goode and carried the Clerk was instructed to <br />post property for Joint hearing of protests before the <br />Planning Commission and the City Council to be held <br />January 3rd, 1927, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />~n Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />H. B. Cummings. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Knox, seconded by Goode and car- <br />tied, the application of H. B. Cummings for permit to <br />move Produce Market at 3rd and Birch to a new location <br />three lots west of present location and to erect new <br />building on this site some time in the future, was re- <br />ferred to the City Manager to report back next week. <br /> <br />In Re ~ <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Full Gospel Assembly. <br /> <br />Permit under Special Uses. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car. <br />tied, the application of the Full Gospel Assembly to <br />erect a. church on the southwest corner of Third and <br />Forest Avenue, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br />The Clerk was instructed to post property for hearing o~ <br />protests before the Planning Commission and the City <br />Council to be held January 3rd, 1927, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />A. C. Allen <br /> <br />Public Livery Car. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and <br />ried, the application of A. C. Allen to conduct a public <br />livery car in conjunction with the Glenn Hotel at 305~ <br />Spurgeon Street, was granted. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />G. I. Bower. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Hugh Henry. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Knox, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the application of G. I. Bower to install a 500 <br />gallon gasoline tank underground at 2600 N. Flower St., <br />for private use, was granted under the supervision of <br />the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Knox, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, it was decided that the Chair appoint a committee <br />to investigate the application of Hugh Henry to erect'a <br />sheet iron building on the rear of his property at <br />Cubbon and Baker Streets for the purpose of storing <br /> <br /> <br />
