K. Burlew, <br /> <br />Assistant to Secretary of the Interior, acknowledging <br />receipt of City of Santa Ana application for 10,000 H.P. <br />electric energy from power to be produced by the <br />Boulder Dam Project, was accepted and filed for future <br />reference. <br /> <br />Protests were pre~ented signed by eighteen residents in <br />the vicinity of ?airview and Birch against erection of a <br />Church on Lot 18, Block "F", Heningerts Addition. <br />Messrs. Forrester and Rogers appeared before the ~oun~il <br />on behalf of the protestants. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and carrie <br />petition was referred to the Planning Commission, which <br />recommended that petition be approved and protest denied. <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and <br />carried, action on the rezoning of Fairview and Birch <br />was taken under advisement for one week. <br /> <br />Gran~ deeds covering necessary property for widening <br />North Flower Street from Santiago Creek North were <br />accepted from the following: <br /> <br /> G.B.Darnell and Carrie M.
